"THE CLIMATE for individual fulfillment does not begin to be as fine as it should be made,"

"THE CLIMATE for individual fulfillment does not begin to be as fine as it should be made," said the late Henry J. Kaiser, one of America's greatest builders, "not when 50 persons could reach high achievements where I does today.

"A thousand people could be stimulated to realize fully upon their creative, dynamic possibilities and the limitless wonders of life, where only a few do today," added Mr. Kaiser.

Even in the richest country in the history of the world, very few recognize that there is "equal opportunity for all" and that "anyone can make a million."

Let me show you in the pages that follow why there is equal opportunity for all to succeed in life regardless of whether you are a file cabinet manufacturer or file clerk, rear admiral or private in the rear rank.

The framers of our American Declaration of Independence recognized the fact that there is equal opportunity for all when they wrote "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal." In the eyes of our Creator we all start oh in life with the same rights, the same privileges and the same power to become whatever we want to become. Self has equal opportunity in spite of environmental influence. It is at this point where eyebrows raise and confusion reigns.
